Spring into our Martial Arts Boot Camp on Saturday, March 30 with an interactive and in depth introduction to Taekwondo and fitness.
The Boot Camp will be divided into four topics;
- Boxing Drills
- Taekwondo Sparring Drills
- Practical Self Defense Applications
- Stick Training
